Certification Training has been identified as a top priority for the Commercial Vehicle Center Program. Training modules have been overhauled and streamlined to better serve dealership personnel in the commercial landscape. The information and links in this section are meant to guide you through the various Ford processes as related to the Commercial Vehicle Center Training Requirements and STARS Certification.
Prior to enrollment and throughout the duration of the program year, all dealerships are required have at least one Base Level Certified employee in each of the following roles (employee must have the proper role assigned in STARS):
Furthermore, any additional dealer personnel with a commercial role must be at least Base Level Certified. The following roles are defined as commercial roles in STARS:
